Built from a crawl on 22 September 2026 of rug.nl/feb, the seven department staff lists, the governance pages, the FEB Research Office page and the university staff directory's full FEB tree (37 units). First names come from each person's own staff page, and every linked name opens that page.

How to read it

• The search box searches everything on the canvas: people, job titles, box names, section headings, directory unit numbers, shared mailboxes and the notes inside boxes. Matches are highlighted in yellow, and picking one opens the box it sits in.
• Every box has its own buttons: one shows or hides the names inside it, one shows or hides the boxes below it. The Levels menu does the same for a whole level at once.
• Programme boxes (red edge) come from the faculty's own Programme Directors pages on the staff intranet, supplied on 22 September 2026: bachelor (7 Sep 2026), master (25 Aug 2026), pre-master (3 Aug 2026) and focus areas (10 Sep 2026). Double-degree contacts come from the public Double Degree page (7 Sep 2026), and programme assistants from the staff directory.
• Solid lines follow the staff directory's hierarchy. The five grey group headings (Academic departments, Research and schools, and so on) are added for readability and are not official units.
• Dashed lines connect bodies that advise or meet with the Faculty Board rather than report to it.
• other unit The department website lists this person, but the directory files them under another unit (often FEB External Staff).
• no staff page The department website names this person, but there is no link and no matching staff page could be found, so only initials are shown.
• People who hold several roles appear in each unit they belong to.

How current the sources are

• Staff directory and staff pages: live on 22 Sep 2026.
• Faculty Council: 21 Sep 2026. Faculty Board: 9 Sep 2026. Research Office: 9 Sep 2026.
• Programme directors and coordinators: intranet pages dated 7 Sep, 25 Aug, 3 Aug and 10 Sep 2026. Public education pages (programme lists, double degrees, focus areas) read 22 Sep 2026.
• Where the intranet and the public pages differ, the intranet wins: it names a director for every programme, and two focus areas have a second coordinator the public page omits.
• IM&S and Marketing staff lists: 11 Sep 2026. The other five department staff lists and all department chair pages: 30 Jan 2026.

Left out

• Student members of the Faculty Council and the external Advisory Board, who are not FEB employees. The student assessor is included because he sits with the board every week.
• T.J. Beuker (IM&S secretary on the website): that staff-page address now redirects to Tineke de Wilde, who is shown as the IM&S secretary.
